Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

We produce each item on demand, which means cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, it enters production and cannot be cancelled.

If your order has not yet entered production (which may happen in rare cases like supply delays), we’ll do our best to cancel and refund you.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or size-based exchanges, as every product is custom-printed just for you.

However, we gladly offer replacements if your product arrives:

• Defective or damaged
• With a major misprint or wrong design
• Incorrect item shipped

To request a replacement, email us at support@fluxloops.in within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

In most cases, refunds are only provided if we’re unable to re-ship a defective or wrong item.

Exceptions

We don’t accept returns or refunds for:

• Minor color variations from screen to print
• Wrong size selection by the customer
• Delay in shipping once the item is dispatched
